ورشة تدريب “روح التطوع الميداني لخدمة النازحين”
في يوم الأربعاء، الموافق 16 أكتوبر 2024، أقام مركز زاوية رؤية الثقافية ورشة تدريبية بعنوان “روح التطوع الميداني لخدمة النازحين”، وذلك في قاعة رؤية التابعة للمركز. جاءت هذه الورشة ضمن سلسلة من المبادرات التي يهدف المركز من خلالها إلى تعزيز قيم التطوع والتعاون بين أفراد المجتمع، وخاصة في تقديم الدعم اللازم للنازحين.
قدمت الورشة المدربة مريم خضر، التي تناولت فيها العديد من المحاور المهمة، منها كيفية التعامل مع النازحين بشكل يساهم في رفع معنوياتهم وتقديم الدعم النفسي والمعنوي. كما تطرقت إلى أهمية التعاون والتنسيق بين أعضاء الفريق الواحد لضمان تقديم خدمات فعالة ومستدامة.
من النقاط البارزة في الورشة، كان الحديث عن إمكانية تنظيم تدريبات مستقبلية خارج المركز، مثل الزيارات الميدانية لحديقة رؤية، والتي تهدف إلى تعزيز روح العمل الجماعي والتواصل مع الطبيعة.
شارك في الورشة مجموعة من الأفراد من داخل وخارج المركز، بالإضافة إلى عدد من النازحين الذين كان لهم دور فعّال في إثراء الجلسة من خلال مداخلاتهم وتجاربهم.
Field Volunteering Spirit to Serve the Displaced" Training Workshop
On Wednesday, 16/10/2024, Roaya Cultural Center held a training workshop titled "Field Volunteering Spirit to Serve the Displaced" in the center's Roaya Hall. This workshop was part of a series of initiatives aimed at promoting the values of volunteering and cooperation within the community, especially in providing necessary support to the displaced.
The workshop was presented by trainer Mariam Khader who covered several important topics, including how to interact with the displaced in a way that contributes to boosting their morale and providing psychological and moral support. She also touched on the importance of cooperation and coordination among team members to ensure the provision of effective and sustainable services.
One of the highlights of the workshop was the discussion of the possibility of organizing future trainings outside the center, such as field visits to Roaya Park, aimed at enhancing team spirit and connecting with nature.
The workshop was attended by a group of individuals from inside and outside the center, as well as a number of displaced persons who played an active role in enriching the session through their interventions and experiences.
